Terms and Conditions

• Please check the accuracy of the install date, spelling of recipient’s name (including punctuation), and delivery address before paying your invoice. You are responsible for any incorrect information so please inform us of any errors before paying the invoice so they can be corrected.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to secure your booking.
• For the best looking Yard Party Sign, water your grass for at least 2 days prior to your install and for (1) one hour on the day of install. I will text you the best time. If the soil is too hard or rocky and prevents installation, you’ll receive a 50% refund—the remaining amount covers travel, time, and preparation. You can test your yard in advance by gently inserting a screwdriver into the ground to check soil softness.
• Please leave your porch light on for the evening of setup.
• Do not sit or place any weight on the signs as they will not safely support a person (big or small).
• Do not mow, weed-eat, or water when the signs are displayed.
• Do not attach balloons, use any bubble machines, smoke machines, or chalk bombs around the signs.
• Replacement costs for any damaged or missing signs will be automatically billed to you at $25 per sign (this is for individual letters, numbers, punctuation, theme pieces, and individual flair pieces). $55 per larger all-in-one mini sign, balloons, frames. $100 per section for pre-set Happy Birthday, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas.
• Do not move the signs. If you have concerns, call or text us directly.
• We will not be able to install if there is lightning or hazardous weather, including high wind speeds over 30mph.

In the event you need to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued when you give notice of (3) three business days before your install. A 25% refund will be given with (2) two business days cancelation before installation date. No refunds will be given for cancelation within (1) one business day or less than 24 hours of installation date, in the event of the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, being denied access to a gated community, or any animals preventing the display from being set up.

By booking your sign and paying your invoice with Yard Party Signs Ftw LLC, you are authorizing Yard Party Signs Ftw LLC to use photos of your setup in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, social media, or advertising unless photo consent is specifically withdrawn in a written and hand-signed statement. You release Yard Party Signs Ftw LLC, their respective employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videos, or photographs of your setup and back story of your event.
