1.Start Your Custom Quote
Begin by selecting The Date of Install on the Calendar Below so your event details can be collected accurately and your display can be curated with the right colors, themes, and inventory.
2. How to Choose Your Install Date
Select the installation date, not the event date
🎉Example: I have a party on Saturday, Choose Friday
Time slots shown during booking are only a software requirement and do not reflect installation times.
Operational install hours run between 3 PM–3 AM and weekday installs typically occur later in the evening due to routing and scheduling logistics.
3.Share Your Event Time (If You Have One)
If you have a specific party or event time, send it by text to 682‑200‑9380 so installation can be planned without any confusion or worry.
4. Ensure You Select At Least the Minimum Requirements for a Quote (3 colors & 3 themes)
The form must be completed with at least 3 colors and 3 theme choices. This ensures correct pricing, proper curation, and quoting efficiency. Each sign uses multiple colors and inventory is limited. Incomplete forms with only (1) ONE Color and/or (1) One Theme will NOT be Accpeted.
5. Quotes are NOT given without a completed Quote Request Form
The form, although simple, is your best friend because it opens up access to added‑value extras and potential discounts that are often available on each request. The form guarantees every customer receives the same consistent experience and allows you to see everything included in the quoted total.
6. Your Quote Has an Expiration Date
Because each display is handcrafted, premium, and takes several hours to create, I only accept two events per day. Your quote temporarily holds your colors and themes during that window. If the quote isn’t accepted by midnight on the expiration date, those items are released back into inventory and pricing may adjust based on availability or rush demand.
7. Final Steps After Accepting a Quoted Option
Once you accept the quote, you’ll receive your contract and then your invoice. The invoice also has an expiration date. If it isn’t paid by midnight on that date, the booking may be canceled and may require a new quote at current rates and availability. Text 682‑200‑9380 if you need to discuss payment timing.

8. Booking in Advance Gives You the Best Pricing
Booking at Least (2) two full business days in advance of your installation date provides the best pricing. Booking more than a week in advance opens access to Added-Value Extras and greater theme and color availablity.
Example: I need a sign installed on Friday because I have a party on Saturday.
*Request Quote and Complete Payment by Midnight on Tuesday to secure the best rate.
9. A PAID Invoice Confirms Your Booking
Your event, colors, themes, and materials are fully reserved only once the invoice is paid. Until then, nothing is locked in.
