8 Steps for the Best Quote & Booking Experience

2. PICK the DATE BEFORE YOUR EVENT

Example: My son's birthday is Saturday, pick Friday.
    (Note: TIME SLOTS NOT YOUR INSTALL TIME! These are simply to allow you to Request a Quote)

- Installs are Completed between 3PM-5AM and are done in accordance to Our Routing & Logistics Schedule.

3. We Cannot Quote via Text.

The questionnaire must be complete with a Minimum of 2 Chosen Colors & A Minimum of 3 Theme Choices.    

4. We will send you a quote.

5. When you Accept the Quote, you'll receive the Contract with Terms & Conditions to sign, then your Invoice.

6. Very Important - if your plans change, we hate to miss celebrating with you but it's important to let us know so we can cancel your quote & booking. This helps us know not to keep trying to contact you so you don't end up with unnecessary emails or texts.

7. Your PAID online Invoice is what will lock in your booked event.
    (Note: Your Event Booking is Not Locked into the schedule until your invoice is Paid)

8. After your event, don't miss out on our referral program and don't forget to send us pictures!
